Today we are in the 21st century. This life of ours is going at a very fast pace. People go settle abroad temporarily or permanently and the best way to be connected with them is the social media. The social media is the best way to talk with your loved ones if they have settled abroad. We never really miss them because the social media is so advanced that you now need not even type and chat, you can interact with each other face to face by video chatting. Face book is a social network, by using it we can communicate worldwide, can share photos, videos, etc. Many advantages are there over face book, it is user friendly software, options are very easy, and it is easy to understand. Even a 3rd grader has an account in the social media. Parental guidance is a must for going into the social media for healthy objectives and to monitor time well spent for their child sitting in front of the computer. Parents who care about their children have a watch at what they are doing and help them for any school projects. These are the children who have a secure future and take their studies seriously. And the future of the country is in the hands of these children who use social media for the good causes and they can come out with their very own ideas on progressive subjects like unification of the country's diverse resources for achieving more power to the nation, integration of people hailing from various background, harnessing the power of the internet for business promotion and so on. The social media is very useful in business. We can advertise our business using the social media. Broadly speaking to use the social media the best age is above15. We can post our queries on the social media and we will get our answers. For e.g. if we got to buy a cell phone we can post this notice on the social media and we will get answers like from where to buy, from where not to buy and suggestions of which cell phone to buy. So the social media is very useful if we use it in the right way and do not misuse it. It also helps in real time tutoring. Real time tutoring is nothing but the teachers and students having a video conference, which is kind of a virtual class room where the teachers and students log on to the computer at the same time. This is done mostly in the United States and the notes are sent over the mail. If the students have any queries they will send their query over the mail and get it clarified. In real time tutoring a group of students get together and have a video conference with the teacher.
